We are located at at Monascreeban, Ballyadams, Co.Laois. Our facilities include several all weather cross country tracks, competition size arenas with full sets of showjumping fences, unlimited hacking throughout the site, and through the forest and over to Kellyville lake. One day simply isn’t enough time to enjoy all of our facilities!

We offer our exceptional Boarding facilities which are as good as some others and better than most others! We are currently developing short break packages where you can bring your Horse with you! Your horse can spend his/her nights in a state of the art Stable, (B&B for your Horse) and where you can enjoy your break in one of our comfortably equipped cabins. Your days can be spent riding and or hacking etc where all of our facilities are available to you. Currently we also offer packages in conjunction with Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise which is in the heart of Portlaoise Town and a mere 15 minutes from our Centre.

Expert training, riding lessons and assistance with sales etc., is available to all members. The Field Equestrian Centre also offers a horsemanship program and tailored riding lessons by appointment. Make an appointment to visit us today!

There is quite a simple process we follow when you're about to begin horse riding.
On arrival we ascertain what interests you or your group have, we can cater for Showjumpers, Eventers, Cross Country Riders, Hunt riders, and dressage riders, and how much of any/all of these activities you wish to take part in, and then the fun and games start. All you need to do is turn up and have a great time!
